Parkinson's Law

Parkinson's law - work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion - is one of our industry's biggest problems.

Software is never perfect. There are always bugs. Always techdebt. More ideas than there are people.

Getting more time for a project will leave you wanting even more time. And you won't deliver. You will stall. The software will never feel ready.

One of the hardest things is knowing when to stop and release.

There is no silver bullet. It is case specific. And hard. Very hard.
